I think this is the most incredible and awesome photo of the pyramids that I've ever seen. The sheer size and mass of them, with the modern skyline in front, creates the unique impression that their ancient history simply towers over present day Egypt. And the haziness of the sky in this photo lends mystery to the entire visual package.
